No job too big or small for the team at Gold Star! I’ve had pipes & radiators moved, an electric fire installed, and a new boiler installed; each time the work is done professionally , promptly and at a fair price. The engineers are good chaps who have always been very helpful and made some great suggestions. I fully recommend Gold Star to anyone.

After submitting a request for a quotation to Goldstar Gas Services Ltd I was really impressed to receive a speedy and friendly response. I had several quotations from different companies, however Goldstar stood out from the rest so i decided to go with them. After being booked in within days of the quotation i was slightly concerned when reading online reviews and becoming aware that this company were on Watchdog !! Thankfully after looking into the company further it became apparent that it wasn't the same company.

After speaking to Jay from gold star gas,I were convinced that instructing this company to install a Vaillant combi boiler would be th correct thing to do. They have also completed two landlord gas certificates for me too. All of this work were completed to a high standard. Will be using this company again

Goldstar fitted my new boiler, quickly & efficiently; Getting a gas certificate for their work which took place several months ago, was a different story, the gas engineer failed it; on informing Goldstar of the issue, they said they would repair asap, & so they did, ( I hope, as the engineer who is issuing the certificate hasnt been back yet!). I incurred a £50 bill from the gas engineer coming out to check the boiler & issue a certificate that I didnt get, for the failed work; On informing Goldstar by phone & email several times, I have had no response.......I loose my money through no fault

Gold star services installed a new boiler four years ago,I was very pleased with the work carried out and have not had any problems at all. We found jay to be both polite and professional. He continues to do my annual boiler service,receiving the same quality workmanship and reliability as you would expect.
