We had a takeaway delivered tonight. Its not often I leave a review but this review is well deserved. We eat from here often and as usual, the food was delicious and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it too. The manager was very helpful when ordering in advance. Highly recommend Lateef 👌

Had a fantastic last minute chat up with great friends. Waiting Staff were brilliant and had great banter. Yes they did get a few minor things wrong which wasn't a problem because it was easily corrected , after all we are all human , their banter and chats made you soon forget. Manager was friendly and made us feel welcome by chatting to us. Food… was amazing, portions sizes were large and they also went out their way to cater for a vegetarians. highligh for me was the amazing singer who sung every song requested by guests ranging from Robin S to Delta Goodrem. It’s a shame to give a 1 star review to a restaurant which does decent enough food only to be let down by poor customer service and late delivery times! I’m currently waiting on an order which I made 2 and a half hours ago. Not to mention it’s stuck in the past when paying for your food by card over the phone. I’ve given the restaurant few times to make up for the mistakes but this is the last time il be ordering from here. We’ve now had to cancel the order because no one should have to wait this long.

This place is an absolute joke. I have had deliveries in the past which have been fine. The last 2 have been terrible. I placed an order tonight at 7.45 it is now 10 and I am still waiting for it That is the last order you will ever get from me.

Cannot fault the customer service at Lateef. Nothing is too much, and even after quite a delay with our order on Saturday night, it was immediately rectified after speaking to staff. Food was amazing and piping hot on arrival. Definitely our go to Indian ☺️👍🏻

Lateef go the extra mile in every way possible from their customer service with their dine in & takeaway service to the lengths of ensuring only the best quality of food is prepared and served. I've had many dishes from Lateef, hands-down you can't go wrong with this place. I was also given some poppadoms with mango chutney and mint sauce complimentary alongside a starter. Definitely will be returning 👌🏼
