We can also locate M.O.D colours in powder for components up to 1,500mm x 1,000mm x 550mm, and match any fastener colour (at extra cost) for the construction industry.

Acorn Powder Coating Ltd has over 30 years experience in the powder coating industry, and is situated close to Junction 10 of the M6 in the West Midlands. Our 5,000 square feet unit contains our stainless steel inline phosphate pre-treatment with Mindor drying oven, two manual sprayers, plus a 40' curing oven.

After spraying, the component is cured in an oven at up to 200°C.
We can powder coat under-bonnet internal components using inline iron phosphate as a pre-treatment with approved automotive powder. We can obtain anti-microbial powder to suit customer requirements in various colours and finishes with iron phosphate pre-treatment. With over 30 years experience in powder coating electrical boxes and switch plates (especially lacquer finish) we can obtain any colour, even match a customer's sample.
