We concentrate on our Individual Design and Professional Fitting Service, so you will experience our personal attention at all times.

This extends to our continued After-Sales Support for years to come, which is of course the most important part of the installation, the reassuring Back-Up Service (something you will NOT get from a hard-to-reach man and a van job). Fireplace installations are often very technical, so we have gained the essential Training and Experience to undertake them safely.

We can also book in a FREE Site Survey with Mr Burns himself, to discuss your specific fireplace designs and costings.

I had been looking for a great fireplace for a while, when a friend suggested The Fireplace Company. Thank goodness she did. I found a gorgeous marble surround - perfect. And they recommended a great gas fire, which was also exactly as I had described. And the great thing was that the price was good, too. We know they are busy so were happy to wait for them to fit the new fire and surround. We couldn't be happier with their work and the much improved sitting room. Would recommend them.
