Sarraiya and Demi are fantastic at their job, they really make you feel at ease all my questions were answered and explained fully, the service is definitely worth 5 stars and I would highly recommend them :)

My problems began when I arrived for a booked appointment and tried to find parking for my car I spoke with Sariaya who I asked where to park she didn't answer my question and said just park on the street, which was very unhelpful. She then revealed to me that my treatment will be undertook by her. I was understandably annoyed and mentioned to Sariaya that why I was not informed of this change? I had just travelled all the way from Rotherham. Sariaya said I had been emailed of the change which was untrue I had communication but none informed me it will not be with Lauren.
