I had a very humiliating experience in the John Lewis store at the Westfield shopping centre, Shepherds Bush.
I walked into the department store with my family at 14:15pm on the 05/12/21 and was told by "Cindy" on the till she could not exchange my John Lewis branded item (that I bought on the 03/12/21) as I did not have a receipt. I accepted this and politely asked as it is a John Lewis branded item sureIy there could be some way to exchange it. She said she would not exchange my item as "how could she be sure I didn't pick it up on the way in".
I was shocked at this response and asked to speak

Disappointing doesn't begin to describe John Lewis online delivery service. No wonder Amazon is winning the fight. I choose John Lewis for quality and customer service but like so many other things at the moment the company is not what it used to be. If they show as little care for their customers as I have received how can they expect any of their customers to support them through these difficult times.

Hand Face Space Consideration. I visited the store upon speaking with customer services in relation toba specific product. The customer svc operator advised the store had stock.of the item. However upon arriving into the store and speaking to a member of staff I was advised the product info on the website cannot always be accepted. Luckily the staff member maged to find me an alternative item which somewhat left me relieved as it was a gift.

It is always difficult to find a member of staff for information of the products. Even if I manage to find one, the staff might not know the products well enough to answer my questions.
The staff at The Place to Eat don’t seem to be experienced to serve customers. A member of staff served me a broken cake (part of the slice fell off when she placed the cake on the plate) without offering me a new slice.

Great store love it - the staff are all business partners, so they all not only have the consumers' interests at heart but they take care of each other as well. I haven't seen many of the departments but I've liked what I've seen so far. Incidentally, their third floor coffee shop is open again - in style - with wonderful views if you sit outside. The other photos suddenly disappeared, sorry.

I popped into the Westfield White City store to purchase an item and did not receive any helpful staff until I came across a chap called Ash K who was extremely helpful. He went back and forth until I decided to purchase what u was looking for. He was a prime example of good customer service and i hope he receives this praise from his bosses and the from higher up!!

If you can find a member of staff (they are sometimes difficult to find on the floor), they are possibly the most courteous, helpful, informed staff you will come across anywhere. John Lewis is known for its excellent quality of products, but deserves to be equally known for the excellence of its staff. We have used JL at Tamworth, Milton Keynes and Touchwood, and they are all a credit to JL. Highly recommend the branch at Tamworth where, if they haven't got it in stock, they will do everything they can to get it for you as soon as possible. Their advice is so helpful too. John Lewis deserve

Just off the A5, near the Ventura Retail Park is this branch of John Lewis at Home. A large easily accessed car park, leads into a bright and expansive store. There is a wide selection of large electrical goods like fridge freezers and washing machines. As always there is an impressive range of kitchenware and crockery, glassware and audiovisual goods. The staff are both helpful and knowledgeable too, which is refreshing. The other end of the store is predominated by lighting, bathroom goods and bedding. A small range of Hotel Chocolat products, toys, gifts and cards, finish off what is an impressive
