I ordered a Daylight PL Desk Lamp from Heamar. An email came a couple of days later to say it was not in stock and I nearly cancelled, but there was good communication from Heamar and it arrived 9 days later. I am very pleased with it. The knobs are plastic so I suppose they may wear out if adjusted very frequently, but it is very adjustable to many angles and heights and throws out a very good daylight. I’m delighted with my floor lamp! Super bright light ideal for reading and knitting of an evening. It’s really reduced the soreness of my eyes, as I’d hoped. It was delivered promptly within the 1hour window - so useful to have short window like that - many delivery firms only offer 4-6 hours... the lamp is self-assembly but it was very straight forward to put together. I am really pleased with the product. It is sturdy and fixings are secure. I think it will outlast me (I’m in my late 60’s). I will definitely order another lamp from Heamar and tell my friends all about the product.

Provided excellent product advice on the phone. They were friendly and knowledgeable in my dealings with them. Product arrived in good time, was excellent build quality and easy to assemble. The Heamar product was far superior to a product purchased previously elsewhere, which was poor build quality and I requested/received a refund on it. The floor standing daylight lamp purchased from Heamar was a gift for my visually impaired mother-in-law and Heamar assisted me in my subsequent successful VAT refund claim.
