We're a well-established fishing tackle shop situated on the Essex coast at Clacton-on-Sea! The current proprietor has been serving the local & tourist public for the last 12 years; but the shop has stood the test of time dealing as a Fishing Tackle shop since 1968, when John Porter first opened up.
Being on the coast, you would have thought our main cater would be for sea angling, this is not the case. Although we are lucky enough to have some fantastic marks for sea fishing, we also have plenty of freshwater venues - all within 30 minutes from Clacton.
