Our regular accountants had little experience of dealing with HMRC investigations.
We looked around and choose Churchills to take on HMRC on our behalf.
It took a long time mainly due to the lack of responses from HMRC but we eventually reached an agreement with HMRC which was way below the original demands, on top of which the penalties that HMRC wanted to charge was dismissed

I engaged Churchills as HMRC were not happy with the response from my accountant. Although on lock down and working remotely, they provided expert help and advise and got the case resolved. Their service comes at a cost like all expert advice but much less daunting and costly than trying to deal with HMRC yourself.

I came to Churchill Tax at a time when my case had been ongoing for several years and many advisers had failed me. Churchill Tax were able to fully understand my case and made very strong representation on my behalf. When Churchill Tax took over the case, I had a significant tax liability. In the end, they were able to close my case with no tax to pay; an outcome that seemed impossible at one stage. Throughout this process, Churchill Tax have been professional, diligent and very understanding of my circumstances. I wish I had appointed them much earlier. I would highly recommend everyone to use
