Aesthetic & Laser Clinic is proud to offer Secret RF, a new microneedling treatment that improves signs of aging skin, fine lines, wrinkles and scars with little to no downtime. Secret RF uses microneedles to deliver fractional Radio Frequency (RF) energy into varying levels of the skin including the deeper layers where treatment is most beneficial.
As we age, our skin loses fat, collagen, and other important elements that provide facial volume and support. We also start to see the formation of lines, wrinkles, and folds that can contribute to us looking older. With the Restylane line of products, we can create a personalised treatment plan to help address the signs of ageing.
A purified protein injected into a muscle leads to a temporary muscular relaxation. This produces an improvement in wrinkling on the face caused by the actions of the facial muscles. This has excellent effects on frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. The treatment involves a small number of injections into the muscle groups that are causing the wrinkling and are quite painless.

Fantastic clinic. Mitra is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. I was a little nervous about trying the RF micro needling but she explained step by step and was made as comfortable as possible during the treatment. I had lots of stretch marks after giving birth, I was dubious about this treatment at the start as it is relatively new but I am having my third session today and I am so happy. I didn’t think I would ever feel any confidence again. Mitra is so welcoming and has achieved outstanding results. As a woman who struggles with hair, I’ve always felt self conscious. At the age of 15 I started to develop quite course hair which was pointed out to me by my peers as school. I shave almost everyday and my skin is broken from the razor. I’d tried everything, bleaching, hair removal cream, but nothing seemed to work. That’s when I found out about laser, it’d never been introduced to me so I was skeptical. I had my first treatment and I kid you not I seen results dramatically after one treatment! I have had several micro needling appointments with Mitra and I can’t express how happy I have been with my results! Mitra is so lovely and very professional, I am always made to feel relaxed as well as enjoying a nice chat. I was having very bad confidence issues with my scarring on my face but after 6 sessions with her I can walk around makeup free and feel like I’m back to the old me :) My skin has resurfaced plumped back out and overall condition has improved massively!!
