There are lots of reasons people prefer soft water to the hard water we experience in the West of England. Rain falls as soft water and becomes hard water across our region due to the geology. Magnificent service from this wonderful company. Tracey visited our house to check our existing fittings and water system. Tracey then arranged everything for us and sent the the warm and friendly Ben over to install our new Kinetico softener. Ben did a fantastic job, making the pipework neat and tidy allowing us to keep as much cupboard space as possible.

We had a Harvey Water Softener installed on the 5 Aug and from the initial enquiry through to the final demonstration, it has been professional, polite and a first class service. Tracy took us through the options softeners on the initial visit, answering all our queries and Ben did a brilliant job fitting the softener, adjusting the pipework and explaining everything as he went along very clearly. He left the work area spotlessly clean which was wonderful, and is an extremely polite and good humoured young man; a real asset to your company.

I had a new Kenetico water softener installed on 13th April this year, unfortunately it developed a fault and started regenerating several times a day and consuming a large amount of salt. I contacted the company at 9.15 am and by 11am a new softener was installed. Great service, thanks for your help.

We recently had a water softener fitted by West of England water softeners. The home demonstration from Tracey was excellent, all our questions were fully answered and explained with alternative location options explored. Arrangements were made for the fitting of the equipment, Bart and Ben arrived on time on the agreed date. The water filter was fitted as agreed in the duration of morning, a very tidy job and the kitchen work area all cleaned, you wouldn’t know anything had been fitted. From start to finish the whole process was faultless. Bart undertook a home survey after our initial research online, and it was decided the cupboard under the stairs was the best position. So no kitchen cupboard space taken up at all! Saying that it doesn’t take up much room under the stairs either. The install was booked and carried out – Bart was very professional, clean and tidy and very considerate taking great care. We also had a new garden tap fitted for hard water, now we have one of each. We’ll use the outdoor soft water tap for the cars and hard
