Tower House was purpose built in the late 1800's as the Army's Northern Command Headquarters. The Clock Tower, dominating the surrounding skyline, still houses the original winding. In the early 1990s, Tower House was restored and refurbished as a business centre housing 33 offices of different sizes ranging from 133sq ft to 1,485sq ft.
Today we remain a family run, entirely independent business centre. Our building is located within walking distance of the centre of the vibrant, beautiful city of York. Offices available to tenants are all unique and come in various sizes to suit many types of business, from small offices with space for two or three desks to larger offices with multiple work stations.
In addition to our serviced offices, we also have three dedicated meeting rooms to suit all your business needs. A large, well-equipped, stylish boardroom which can accommodate meetings and offsite training days for up to 25 people. A medium sized meeting room accommodating up to 10 people suited to informal meetings and workshops as well as a smaller separate side room and breakout area.

Tower House Business Centre is located in the historic Fishergate area of York, directly south of the City Walls, on the east bank of the River Ouse. We are 10 minutes walk from the City Centre and only 5 minutes by taxi from York station which is served by the east coast mainline to London, Edinburgh and points between.
