I messaged Annette and asked her for a particular Christmas bauble of a reindeer with my 2 grandsons names on each 1. she had no hesitation in sorting this put for me.and within a couple days I was picking them up! They are absolutely fantastic! I cannot recommend Annette highly enough - blooming brilliant job! Thank you very much. 🙂
