After 10 days in Scotland, my partner and I both agree this was our favorite dinner of the trip. Patrick and Rose run such a special restaurant and it is clear that they are both passionate in what they do. The food, drinks and ambiance are all top notch. If you are lucky enough to have a chance to visit Seven Stills, do not hesitate!!

My husband and I stayed in a B&B a few miles outside of Dufftown, and Seven Stills was recommended by the owners of our accommodation...I'm delighted that they did!
The owners, Rose and Patrick, are friendly and welcoming, and the food (all cooked by Patrick himself) was out of this world!
The French onion soup and pheasant terrine entrées were… simply divine, and the haggis, neeps, and tatties we both had for main course were amazing (oh, my goodness; that whisky cream sauce...wow!) What really impressed me though was Patrick's crème brûlée, as it's absolutely

Really nice restaurant/whisky bar run by really nice people. A warm welcome on arrival and since I was flying solo i was offered the chance to sit at the bar which was ideal. The food was really amazing, huge portions and jam packed full of flavour. Patrick the chef took time to chat with all the customers and it was nice to hear his passion for food and using the best quality local ingredients and it certainly shows in his cooking. Patricks wife Rose runs the show front of house and does a grand job whipping up cocktails, serving food and taking time to have a wee chat on the fly. The whisky selection

Undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful and cosy bars across Scotland, if not the best I've visited. Rose and Patrick are extremely hospitable and communicative. A lot of work has been put in the interior spaces which creates an amazing atmosphere for visitors. Patrick's food is delicious and unique and there's also a massive list of fine whiskies to enjoy your visit. The easiest 5 out of 5 stars review I could ever give.

There is something special in this restaurant and it is the owners, not everyday you are greeted by the chef Patrick (owner) asked for the food quality. His wife Rose, the kindest person is serving with smile and warmth. The food was exquisite, the whisky collection is impressive. It was like we were in Wonderland of food and drinks. You have to go there at least once!

Wonderful dinner! Felt like family by the time we left. Rosamond and Patrick were superb in customer service with history about Dufftown too. Beginning with our French Onion soup to ending with whiskey flambeed fruit cake EVERYTHING was a delight.
The ambience and character of Seven Stills was authentically Highlands.
We will be back with a group! Can't wait ❤🖒
