I recently purchased a new endeavour 500 package which I am extremely happy with.
I did have a long wait for the boat to be finished. But I except things have been difficult in these current times. I found all at mes very helpful and knew what they were talking about. Mark kayleigh and belinda looked after me very well indeed.

Grate racing from all the ocrda crews. Was grate to be out on water watching.
Big thanks to MES marine for a less the 24hour turn around on sorting electric problem on the jetski so I could provide safety support to the racing. Would recommend to anyone northwest for marine services and sales 👍

I advise anyone thinking of having their PWC repaired by this business to avoid even considering it, do not be fooled by the appearance on-line. My jetski was with them for 3 months following a previous repair that was not completed properly. I have been given false assurances every time I have spoken to them for an update and finally collected it partially dismantled to take it to a verified marine much further away. This is a genuine review to protect others from what has been an appalling experience with contemptible lack of customer service or honesty from the company owner.

Terrible customer service from start to finish.
Wouldn’t be recommending to anyone.
Plenty of other Yamaha dealers who are concentrating to customer success

THE MOST TERRIBLE YAMAHA DEALER PROBABLY IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! Disgusting customer service from start to finish. Me as a customer had to sort all the things my self to get my order delivered. So they actually are POINTLESS if the customers have to sort all the things them self’s to get order in. THIS IS A MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. So my advice is to stay away from MES MARINE as hell AVOID AVOID AVOID SHAME ON YOU MES MARINE!!!

Ordered from the web site. Stated in stock and paid extra for 1/2 working day delivery. 5 working days later and nothing. I email them as a reply to the order acknowledgement. Nothing. Ignored. So I phone them. Someone, a daughter I think, will call me back later. Next day nothing. Ignored again. Another phone call and now it's not in stock. Got Paypal refund. Complete disaster. No excuse for repeatedly ignoring customers. Never again.

I bought a medium flammable boat with engine.
The customer service was good ,
Knowledge of budiness was very good , they knew about their products and good experience.
Friendly chap came to us and explained in detail about things we needed to know.

Five star service. I was recommended this shop by a friend and was really impressed with the level of knowledge and customer service, I could have bought the same life jackets online but wouldn't have been able to try them on my kid's . The knowledge and information given by the staff was first class and I will definitely return in the future, the guy who served us was Australian/new Zealand and was very helpful.

Very disappointing after 2 visits 4 phone calls this company never got back to me , It was clear they seemed to be having issues as other boat enthusiast have experienced the same . Sorry to say I would not recommend seem very unreliable

Wow what a rubbish reply., it would of satisfed us if you did what you promised. And was honest. Honrsty and relyabilaty is inportant when dealing with a business for whatever reason your lacking in both

Went today to leave deposit for new boat to collect in new year.dealt with Mark the owner .really nice relaxed guy.his wife lindy the same and daughter kayleigh. Hope that's right well she's very knowledgeable of everything she and her mum both did a good demo for me on the dragon fly fish finder .if you've never been there it's deffinately worth a visit they cater for everything marine wise and jet ski dealers.from ordering the new boat to boat build they are all very professional. Had a few bits from M.E.S through their online store and i have always had great service. Just bought a used trailer from them and got a great deal and service from them, l wouldn't use anyone else now.
