Based in Essex and supplying the UK we offer a wide range of engineering services from one off prototypes to bulk production. Our work comprises of, CnC turning and milling, manual turning, manual milling, Mig and Tig welding, fabrication and sheet metal work.

We work closely with customers, suppliers and all production departments to design and develop products to reduce the cost of manufacture and to provide total design and manufacturing solutions. The design stage is the most crucial stage in the creation of a quality product.
Once we have the precise measurements and a clear understanding of what needs to be, we have the skills and machinery to ensure that our client's products are intricately replicated by our machinery.All works undertaken can be achieved using customers drawings and specifications or alternatively can be designed with customers input to produce an end product suited to individual needs.

Here at Leap our machining comprises of three departments ensuring we can achieve the exact quality and precision each job requires. Our CNC department boasts a number of mills and lathes capable of machining tight tolerances from small quantities to vast numbers within the best time possible. To complement our Cnc department we have two manual sections one of which is a separate temperature controlled workshop for prototype work and one offs.

Working with a large variety of materials, methods, tight tolerances and time frames our team of skilled engineers can produce your welding and Sheet metal requirements to a precise, perfect standard every time and without compromise.
The door guard provides extra safety at night in hotels, apartments, dormitories, Hostels etc. It acts as a temporary lock for broken catches and if there is no lock at all. It works with any inward opening door. It is used by families at home or away, students at universities, travellers, caravanners, holiday-makers, office staff, ship's personnel, and many others.
