Our seed grown Premier turf is suitable for anyone wanting a lawn with a luxury appearance and the durability required of many family lawns.
Screened down to 10mm, an economical way of building up areas especially where more than 5 bags are needed. Border mix is a blended organic soil light and highly fertile it is easy to work with retains moisture very dark in colour perfect for improving poor quality soil prior to laying your new lawn.
Central Turf and Topsoil Supplies We supply quality turf within a 50 mile radius of the midlands including Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Northanpton, Oxford, Derby, Stoke, Leicester. We can deliver beyond but we believe reducing our carbon footprint by remaining within these area and only using OUR OWN Transport makes for a more reliable delivery.
Mow your lawn regularly and avoid cutting too low. Never cut more than 30% of the grass leaf area off in one mow. During the peak growing months of May - September it may be necessary to mow your lawn 2 - 3 times a week. Feed your lawn with small doses of a Nitrogen (N) rich fertiliser every 4 - 6 weeks through the growing season (or as directed on the product).
Proper ground preparation is essential for the establishment and future well-being of your new lawn. Inadequately-prepared ground will never produce the best results. Existing turf should be removed by slicing beneath the grass with a spade. When deciding on topsoil our product is ideal for building up to new levels and improving existing poor quality soil.
