I sent my parcel end of August, supposed to be delivered at start of Nov. Still no sign of it and whenever wherever I call, they have no answer and they just tell me to be patient. Very bad experience. I don't want to imagine it to be lost as it had some stuff sent by heart. 😔

Send a parcel in late August and I was told it will reach in six weeks. It has now been 12 weeks and it still hasn't reached. When I called to query I was told that it states late November on the recipt. Tried tracking the parcel and there is no update, it still states "in process". Would not be using there service again.

I booked a cargo pick up from my home address, which is just 2 roads away from the cargo office, so the driver called me at 18.15 to say he is on his way to my address. After another 15 minutes the driver called to say he cant find my door number and the house he went to did not place a booking for the cargo. So i gave the driver directions from their office to my address which is 2 roads away, but yet again the driver said he is at the postcode provided, then he went on to rant to me that he finishes his shift at 18.00 and he is doing me a favour by completing my booking. The attitude of the owner of this company is very nice & he is very humble person.
The boys who deliver them in Pakistan are also very nice
