Unfortunately blinds we ordered did not fit window due to kitchen fitter removing windowsill 2 days after blinds ordered. Baileys stated they could not remeasure as blinds were already made ??? The 5 stars given are purely for the excellent fitter (Clarke) who did his best to try and make blinds fit. He was a credit to the firm and I cannot praise him enough for his professionalism and customer service.

We moved into a house with Baileys blinds. one of the rails was broken although the sticker on it said it was less than two years old. Thus, I went to the shop to ask if I could buy a replacement rail as the cloth was still perfectly fine. I was told that they could not do that but they could send a fitter for a completely new blind (including the cloth).
Motivated by that behaviour I went home and started repairing the rail myself. I noticed that it was wrongly set up to start with and - as blinds are not rocket science - I fixed it within 20 min.
Next time I need blinds, I will take my business
