Bank Villa is a Grade II listed Georgian Guest House perfectly situated for exploring all that Masham and the surrounding areas have to offer. You are guaranteed a warm Yorkshire welcome from Natalie and Willy (our cockapoo) and to feel at home during your stay. We have 4 lovely guest rooms, each with their own charm, character and ensuite facilities.
After making yourself at home, enjoy a welcome pot of tea or coffee in the guest sitting room or get straight on with exploring North Yorkshire. Following your day's exploring and a comfortable night's sleep, you can look forward to a locally sourced, home cooked breakfast.

Services
Most visitors arrive in Masham over the bridge, in which case follow The Avenue until you see our sign, or the huge willow tree! Nearest Railway Stations are Northallerton and Thirsk 13 miles. If arriving by train, you might need to book a taxi - it is best to do this in advance. Nearest airport is Leeds/Bradford 33 miles.
Each room in our beautiful grade II listed Georgian home has its own personal character and original features, including beautiful timber-framed sash windows, pitched ceilings and original beams. Your unique room will be comfortable, welcoming, clean and homely. Your bed will be dressed in quality pressed linens.
Whilst we're hopefully moving out the other end of this whole situation, it is realistic to expect that people's plans may still be affected for some time. This is why I have decided not to take deposits on any bookings until at least the end of September, and may continue this further. I have also relaxed the cancellation policy to allow free cancellations up to 14 days of your check in date.
Our rates include bed and breakfast so we look forward to welcoming you for a delicious home cooked 'Yorkshire breakfast', most of which has travelled less than 5 miles from field to plate. All guests are welcome to cereals, mixed fruit, yoghurt, toast, preserves and any or all items from the cooked breakfast.

Lovely family run B&B in a beautiful period property. Very friendly and helpful hosts, good cooked breakfasts and great location for exploring Masham and nearby Yorkshire dales.
Hosts have also initiated sensible safety precautions in view of Corona virus but this has been done in a way which does not detract from the very pleasant experience of staying at the property.

Enjoyed a lovely two-night stay at this charming, family-run Georgian villa. Great location, clean and spacious ensuite room with powerful shower and delicious breakfast. Owner Natalie ensured we had all we needed and helped us choose and book eateries in the village for our evening meals. Another plus point for cyclists is a secure bike storage facility. Top service all round! We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first UK 'awaycation'.
