Based in west London, the RIBA chartered practice was founded in 2018 by Federico Schilling, an architect with 20 years of experience across residential, retail and hospitality projects.

We aim to provide original design services and creative direction combined with expert project management, adding value to property and acting as client representative trough all the project stages. Feasibility studies including initial site appraisals and development of the design brief. Spatial Planning, furniture layouts and creation of moodboards with sample hard finishes, construction drawings and CGI / 3d renderings.
