After a career in management Banking, I embraced a change in career, in line with the important discoveries I was making in my personal life at the time. I went through therapy of my own, which I feel gave me an invaluable understanding of what it is like to feel at "rock bottom", and also what it takes to push through to a better life than ever before.

The two most important ingredients in a relationship are the two of you, but no matter how perfect you are for each other, it takes more than a perfect match to be happy.
Simply speaking, self-esteem is the sum total of all the beliefs you hold about yourself; the good, the bad and the ugly. It is all about how you feel about yourself. Those beliefs and how you perceive yourself, either negatively or positively, create the difference between low and high self-esteem.
To make improvements in your life, first, you must recognise that something needs to change; if you keep doing the same, you will continue to get the same. It is important to recognise that although many of these factors have an impact on our life, they are merely symptoms. It is the way you see yourself that moulds the way you experience your life - the things you believe and think about yourself, others around us and the world in general.
Stress is experienced when mental and emotional pressures, and sometimes even physical pressures, become too much to cope with. We all need a certain amount of pressure in our lives to feel motivated, but the point at which motivation turns into stress varies from person to person - it's all about balance and if we become unbalanced, we fall over.

I started seeing Rob in 2020 after really struggling with anxiety and after having a specific fear when being in my old job which triggered off other things also, We covered a lot of things which was also to do with my anxiety. Rob has been amazing making me feel so relaxed and the treatment he has done on me has really worked for me I have achieved things that I never thought I’d be able to achieve he has he has been so helpful and he has able to get me in a position today where I feel a lot more happier. I was struggling with anxiety and setting boundaries both personally and professionally. Rob helped massively with giving me the tools I need to start taking control of my life and putting boundaries in place. I went to Reach Out Therapy to help get over my fear of flying but we ended up covering a whole gambit of things from fear, my career, and even sleeping better. Rob gave me some amazing techniques that I can continue to work on and utilise whenever I need to... and I definitely intend to keep doing my homework!
After just a few weeks working with Rob I am sleeping properly for the first time in my life (that part literally changed overnight), and I've got more belief in myself. We'll see about the

I began speaking to Rob at the beginning of this year and through our sessions I have been able to come to terms with, accept and understand the way I was feeling. This is all down to Rob being easy going, kind and understanding making it far easier to be honest and open about how I was feeling. I was suffering with stress and anxiety and came to see Rob I can honestly say has he changed my life! the way I think about things and finding out where it all began/started. The coping mechanisms he gave me I can use whenever I’m feeling overwhelmed. I first reached out to Rob in November 2020 after having had many different counsellors and therapists in the past which I felt had provided nothing for me and was starting to believe I just had to suffer this way. Rob is an incredible therapist. He is friendly, understanding and kind. He will always go the extra mile for you making sure you are getting exactly what you need out of your sessions. He is completely genuine and doesn’t ever make you feel that you are ‘just another client’. My sessions with Rob have improved my confidence massively, they helped me with making some important decisions in my life and now I am on the path to making my dreams a reality. I have one word for this man...#legend! I've been having therapy with Rob for some months now, and by golly am I glad I come across his page on Google! I rang a couple of other local therapists who I didn't feel a instant connection with, but the second I spoke to Rob & booked my free half an hour consult I knew, I just knew he was going to be the one to help me get through my life traumas. His personality is electric, he's hilarious & bubbly & kind & passionate about his work. I can't imagine a single person who wouldn't feel comfortable talking to this man.
