Pebblefish is based in Glasgow and Lanarkshire, although we work with clients throughout the whole of Scotland and the UK. If you are planning an event further afield, please do still get in touch, as we love to explore new locations and venues and we're always thrilled when we get the opportunity to pack a bag and travel.
One size simply doesn't fit all and here's some we made earlier packages will never be suitable for everyone. So we start with a blank canvas and build our service around you. Getting to know you, what you want and, in some instances need to achieve from your event is massively important in determining the type of planning service you require.

Our Final Weeks planning services are designed to bring you peace of mind and an end to sleepless nights as your event date approaches. In the same way Pebblefish can be there at the start of your event planning journey, we can also be there for you as your event date gets closer with our Final Weeks Health Check service.

From the very beginning, we knew Alison was the perfect wedding planner for us. She was organized, responsive, and on top of all the details. In addition to COVID and multiple delays to our schedule, an added stress was that we live in the United States and we needed someone willing to do the groundwork in Scotland. Alison turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience as she handled all aspects of the planning effort to include flowers, piper, band, church, reception, videographer, photographer, and caterer (plus taxis and guest gifts). I am so grateful for Alison, who agreed to help us with our wedding planning at such a crazy time.
We decided on a small wedding with only 16 guests, but Alison always made us feel that our wedding was just as important for her as it was for us.
She found us the most amazing venue that we never in our wildest dreams imagined we could afford and essentially found us everything we asked for, only better.
We have learned a lot from the way she interacted with our suppliers, who clearly enjoy working with her too. And we have all laughed a lot.
She was always a kind voice at the end of the phone

Had genuinely never considered using a wedding planner until Pebblefish was recommended by a business colleague. Meeting Alison for the first time I could immediately tell how professional and invested she would be helping us plan our wedding. Alison is always prepared, always looking forward and has always managed to perfectly balance the logistics of the planning process with the creativity required. Just the best service!!!
Like most people, I have never worked with an event planner and I had no idea what to expect, but Pebblefish have been the most amazing surprise. Alison, who planned our event is beyond lovely. She is so professional and knowledgeable but so down to earth and incredibly patient and kind.
I maybe had different preconceptions of how working with a planner would be, but I can honestly say I have loved every minute. She really does care. We got to focus on the fun stuff whilst Alison was busy doing so much work on our behalf.
Yes, it's an extra cost, but I genuinely believe

Like everyone else, we were faced with the possibility of having to cancel or reschedule our wedding. We had no idea what to do for the best but speaking with Alison at Pebblefish really helped us to come up with a plan for us. She helped us find a smaller venue for us and 12 guests and did all the rescheduling of our existing booking so that we now have an anniversary party where we can invite all of our original guests.
I just want to say that Alison was amazing throughout all of this. She remained positive and upbeat even when guidelines were changing and we were panicking. Just the best person

I'd just like to echo all of the really positive feedback others have posted on here. Pebblefish helped us plan a surprise wedding anniversary celebration for my parents. We really wanted to plan something special but knew we would struggle to find the time. On meeting Alison we knew we would be in safe hands. She is exceptionally professional but never took over, if that makes sense. She is also great fun and extraordinarily kind.
