Larne Guitar School
I can speak from experience that it is important that you have someone to teach, coach and guide you. If it was that easy to teach yourself how to become a good guitar player, then many more people would not give up guitar and leave them gathering dust in the attic or the garage! If you want to play guitar, I will teach you.

You will then be able to play many more of your favourite songs as a result and have much more fun! I can help you with the problems you may face along the way as I have experienced a number of them myself when trying to teach myself in my early years. I then realised that I needed proper direction to progress further.

You may be struggling to teach yourself how to play your favourite songs. I've been there and I can sympathise with the frustration you may feel. The reason for this is you are missing very important pieces of a much bigger puzzle in your guitar playing. Do you want to keep messing up when you try to play for your friends, your family, or your girlfriend?
Have you been struggling to play your favourite songs or guitar solos? Maybe you can't improvise like your favourite guitar players or your awesome friend who plays in a band. You may have been playing for years and acquired a lot of information and "stuff", but you don't know how to use it, and it's extremely frustrating!
At Larne Guitar School, your child, grandchild, niece or nephew will learn how to play the guitar in the right way from day one. Do you know that most guitar teachers do not even bother to get mentoring and coaching advice in how to teach people guitar in the best possible way? This is a sad truth.
Are you a self-taught guitarist, or have you encountered someone who has claimed to be self-taught like it was a badge of honour? I was once one of those guys who thought they were pretty good because I had taught myself a few things in the early years of my playing. I practiced A LOT, but I developed some very bad habits and a very limited knowledge of music theory and how it could be applied to the guitar.
I can still remember how impossible it seemed to even get a good sound out of the thing, or where I should put my fingers. I bought a chord book, but did not have the slightest idea what all those chord diagrams meant. Of course, the layout of the chord diagrams was explained in the book itself, but it sure didn't make any sense to me at that point.
