They gave me a brochure on some hearings aid accessories I didnt even know existed. Thank you for all your help and practical advice. Just a great service, and so important. I didn't expect to lose hearing in one ear along with tinnitus. I knew to contact a doctor but didn't think there was outside help like sensory support. I'm in debt to you.

Just an update to my previous review below. I got a telephone call from Dublin and a call from Belfast/Newtownabbey who explained that this was a misunderstanding and that my father was promised his money back. They handled this extremely well and he received his full refund and I appreciated the professional and efficient manner in which they resolved this misunderstanding.
