We recently partnered with Gradwell to provide communication solutions to our customers.
Whilst trying to configure SIP trunks for our demo 3CX system, I was greatly assisted by Joe Lucas (a senior technician) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
An asset to the business and a fantastic start to our relationship.
The partner team have also been most helpful and we look forward to working with Gradwell.

Surprised that hardware of a value below £50 needs to be paid for in advance even when we are on a 3 year contract. Surely it makes sense to add to the next direct debit. Instead, i need to waste someone's time to create a manual payment on the bank. Astonishing!

I ported to you from Vonage because the service I was getting from Vonage was rubbish, promised a professional and totally different service by the sales guy. I was told 3-5 days to port the number, it took over two weeks. Now outgoing/incoming calls are not working, I can't access the control panel to divert, your support number is down.
Not what I was promised by the salesman at least before I had poor service now I have no service at all with you.
Not what I was expecting at all, wish I had never moved, you have now brought my business to its knees at the worst possible time. I'd give you

Advise everyone assistant using this terrible wave system. Today alone I have missed 12 calls from my customers due to their system not working.
Had nothing but problems since starting with them, and will be looking to move away from gradwell. They don't even seem to realize how important a working phone system is.

We have been with Gradwell since December 2018. We are a small business with a single phone number and simple VOIP setup. Since starting with Gradwell there has been a problem that prevented the business telephone service from operating every 1-2 months. Through the technical faults we lost numerous customers. Whilst the customers services and technical support are extremely friendly and try their best, we have had numerous technical issues since starting that have not been able to be resolved and have just been blamed on the app or no reason was found as to why the problems were occurring. We have broadband with Gradwell since 2011 which is overall quite good. Good speeds, uptime etc but everything else is a complete mess. The odd time it was down, trying to contact them they didn't seem to know what was going on.
They made a big mess up with account migration a while back and were double charged for many months. It took ages to sort although eventually we got the money refunded.
Now we find we paying too much compared to new advertised rates so try and contact to get it reduced. Info@gradwell simply don't reply. Sent email to support who said they'd pass it onto sales and still

Always excellent service with Gradwell, whenever we have an issues it is easily resolved very quickly with a phone call. I have my 'go to' whenever we need anything new ordered - James Kendrick will arrange to have new equipment ordered, set up ready for immediate use and delivered to our door, usually by the next working day with complete professionalism.
