Please note that we deliver to the mainland UK only for free. When delivering to parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands or Islands off the mainland (including Northern and Southern Ireland) there will be an additional delivery charge and it may take more time to get to you. Call for a full list of areas effected or for a quote for delivery (this we get from our couriers and you will be charged the same amount).
We are often asked about the aftercare of our futons. It's important to keep your futon mattress dry and clean. We recommend using a good quality washable mattress protector or futon cover over the mattress when it is being used as a bed. It is a good idea to regularly turn a futon mattress to make sure wear is evenly distributed, especially if you find one area of the mattress gets used more than other parts (do you have a favourite end?!).

Excellent initial service. Superb-looking futon mattress. Better looking than the last two traditional type mattresses we had, by far. Lovely look, feel, natural-feeling and comfortable. Excellent all round. Fast delivery decent price.
7 months gone by now and it has given quite a lot on both sides of the mattress. Futons First have asked me to send it back, at low cost, to have it inspected and possibly fixed or made firm again. I am hopeful it will be resolved.
