Decided to look into EnviroVent after becoming aware of what we thought was damp patches spreading across our lounge wall ... One firm we invited in suggested taking off all plaster on the wall up to a level of 3 feet & removing a brick every foot or so completely along the lounge ... This ( we were told ) would create a barrier from the "damp cavity wall insulation "as this was the problem This man stayed with us over 2 hours & tried his best to convince us he could cure "The Problem" but the lounge would need to dry out for several weeks before re - plastering could take place

I came across EnviroVent 6 years ago, so impressed with their products we installed a cyclone 7 and a Mr Venty Loft Twin. A survey and sound advice was done and given and time to evaluate the survey report before installation. We have never looked back ... our cyclone 7 is fitted in our bathroom (that used to steam up very quickly, following the installation does not anymore) this is an amazing piece of kit and the Mr Venty keeps the musty damp smell at bay leaving our house well ventilated without opening our windows. We have just recently had a 5 year service and have renewed our guarantee for

I've had an ATMOS whole house ventilation system fitted by Envirovent & immediately it worked. The window condensation I was getting with the onset of cold weather has disappeared & the air filter box in the loft is only about 18" cubed. It does hum 24/7 but this is low level & I only notice when on the stairs. I'm happily recommending the system to my friends.

Completely disorganised. Impossible to engage them to give a proper quote after their survey. Poor response and unfriendly attitude as if they are not really interested in your business. Different figures quoted by different staff with the latest one charging £250 for a fan that is available for £80 less through other outlets. No response when asked for clarification.

I was already familiar with Envirovent and their products as my dad's house and the street were part of some warmer homes scheme back in 2015/16 and their fans were installed in his kitchen and bathroom have been constantly spinning and extracting since without a problem. So, I decided to get one.
Had my bathroom extractor installed back in January but I tend to wait a few months before leaving reviews as you never know when you need to test the aftersales service.
The fan had to be ducted through the roof as my bathroom is on a party wall and there are rooms either side so a normal ducting wouldn

We had Envirovent systems installed in our loft and two bathrooms over five years ago, and we have been so happy with them. Our house is a 1920s house built without wall cavities, so the house used to have so much condensation and mould. Cleaning mould off walls and windows was a regular activity. We tried whatever we could, including having vent holes drilled into rooms upstairs, which only brought outside noise inside. A friend with similar problems said she used Envirovent and we immediately got in touch, and have been so happy with everything. Within a few days, the condensation was gone and

Had a cyclone 7 installed in my tenement bathroom. Didn’t have an existing fan so was having issues with the paint pealing on my ceiling despite the fact I have a window. Really impressed with the work carried out by the engineer. He ended up having to use cable trunking because it’s a fully tiled bathroom. I was initially concerned, but it’s looks… absolutely fine and clearly a professional job. The fan itself is simply amazing, so powerful and would highly recommend it. The fact it monitors humidity and adjusts accordingly is very smart. Engineer also fully cleaned up

They are a fantastic team that work together in a very professional manner. I had a fan fitted by them in my bathroom and all the damp and mould has gone. So had one fitted in my kitchen on Thursday. The technican made such a neat job and put a new switch cover on all my switches it looks a lot better. Thank you very much envirovent. Rating from me is 200 per cent

I have 4 envirovent products installed.
The cyclone I would highly recommend
Mr lofty the piv unit is good BUT the smell of smoke from the neighbours does enter our home so we have to have it on trickle
The heat recovery system is slightly noisy but doesn’t seem to filter the air coming in and again the smell of smoke does enter our home ( should of stuck with the Cyclone)

Have the unfortunate experience of dealing with Envirovent now due to mould in our home. They came along and claimed first that there was no mould in the loft of the property, that was without any equipment or testing (it had thankfully already been done and the building had proven to be contaminated). The mould was even visible! They then gave a… quote but didn't really want to do what was needed, faffed about for weeks. They then made a couple of appointments which staff did not turn up to then finally fitted. They were due to commission before lockdown, but cancelled it and never came

I do not do negative feedback, but this is the exclusion. The humidity sensor stopped working in cyclone after a year and as the product was bought from eBay my complain was rejected on top of that it was suggested that this product was stolen and I could buy a sensor for £150, while the company advertises that it has lifetime warranty. Absolute NO for this company, its overpriced products and after sale service.
As far as your answer and unauthorised stockist are concerned I went to the most available source at the market i.e. eBay and your vent was purchased from the UK seller as a new one
