Cakes by Ana was founded by Ana Holbrook in 2006 in Poole, Dorset, bringing more than seven years of experience and expertise in baking. As professional bakers, we can bake any cake and deliver it to you for your celebration. We specialise in bespoke wedding cakes, unique cupcakes and delectable fruit cakes, and undertake orders for both commercial and private events.

Ana is a lovely woman and a complete cake expert! She created the most amazing cake for our wedding day. We had three tiers, all different flavours and our guests absolutely loved them all! Amazing cake! I asked for a cake for my dad’s 50th birthday and Ana was so kind and professional. She was able to make the cake on her day off. I gave her such short notice and she made an extremely amazing cake. Made my dad emotional when he saw his custom cake. Thanks again!
