Over the past 25 years, 3mc has become one of a limited few "hybrid" distributors offering mortgage intermediaries access to various specialist lenders.
Mortgage packagers exist to provide solutions for advisers on cases they deal with on an infrequent basis, and so can give you the tools you need to make the most of every lead. Packagers have been around for as long as the specialist market. At 3mc we are celebrating our 25th year of business in 2020 and we have worked with thousands of advisers through multiple market cycles.
Should you wish to focus on other business areas then our new extended introducer service will enable you to refer clients to 3mc safe in the knowledge that 3mc will provide a fully advised and recommendation process to your client and that you will receive a percentage of the gross revenue received at completion.
To give mortgage advice to clients of this practice with regards to all matters within the scope of our mortgage regulation. To produce written evidence of your activities as required by our practice and our regulator.
Combined total income from all applicants of 25,000 for UK based applicants. 15,000 (Combined) for experienced landlords with more than 24mnths rental experience For First Time Buyer First Time Landlords. Residential BTL properties in a condition to be let. No commercial properties. First Time Buyer First Time Landlord accepted with minimum employed income of 85,000.

Leigh and Mollie are absolutely amazing!!!!! They are always available and they don't give up even when there are issues, they find a way to solve it. I have taken out more than 10 mortgages from them and they are excellent each time. Leigh is a lovely unique broker, he's so good and friendly.
