As well as our extremely successful commercial work and partnerships, we also carry out a wide range of work for domestic customers both locally and further afield. With our high quality coating and ability to provide longevity as well as aesthetically pleasing finishes within the products which we work on, it has enabled us to work with a wide variety of people, coating all sorts of different products.
Thermal Zinc spray is used as an alternative to galvanising, offering metal extreme durability to withstand extreme weather conditions. This is applied after the product has been shot-blasted and before the powder coating takes place. With this process, a guarantee can usually be applied. Powder coating is very durable - it is more durable than a wet spray and normal paint.
Our powder coating facilities allow us to apply a large variety of colours and finishes to various surfaces for customers throughout Kidderminster, Redditch, Worcester, Cheltenham, Dudley and beyond. We specialise in powder coating and have numerous preparation procedures to ensure that a high standard finish is achieved on all jobs.

I. Took some older motorcycle parts to here to be shot blasted and powder coated,
I had looked on there web site and things looked great .
However once I’ve got my parts back, there multiple faults,
They coated the bearing housings, so I had to remove the coating from there
The outside of the hub is coated but you can see the metal grain through the coating so it’s not very thick
There are runs in a few places
The main stem of the forks has nut been blasted at all.
Generally I’m very disappointed with the service and won’t be going back here again
