Yes, the Encore 700 and the Encore Plunger pumps are still available and are manufactured to the original drawings produced by Wallace & Tiernan. The Encore 100 is no longer available but most applications can be covered by the Encore 700. Yes, the ChemTube 2000 pump is still available and are manufactured to the original drawings produced by Wallace & Tiernan.
Many customers find themselves with Encore 700 and Encore 100 pumps and have difficulty in identifying the build configuration of the pumps. These pumps can be supplied in many different forms to suit every possible chemical and physical combination required in the application. These pumps have been supplied to the Market by the Wallace & Tiernan company for over 20 years.
For your convenience the Spares for the Encore 700 pumps have been configured into Kits for the common serviceable items that would normally be consumed during an annual service. Two types of kits would normally be used and we would recommend both are used at the same time. The Valve kits contain all parts required for the general servicing of the Suction and discharge valves.
The Encore 700 plunger pump is a simple to use plunger pump built for heavy duty conditions and longevity. Metering accuracy is achieved by a carefully designed liquid end which enables a full 10:1 turn-down within +/- 1% flow repeatable accuracy. It is available in simplex, duplex and double simplex con-figurations, the latter providing an independent liquid adjustment of both liquid end outputs.
