I paid for a bottle of water which failed to drop. Stupidly a paid for another hoping to dislodge it but both stayed put.
I emailed the LTT Vending with photos of the machine and of my bank statement showing charges.
After asking for more information they finally refused to refund me, stating they couldn’t find anything on their system.
Obviously operating a ‘Screw you ...what are you going to do about it?’ policy.
Congratulations, another Great British company making us proud.

So I used a snack vending machine selected BC and the BB motor turned instead, Also the product also didn't drop and took my money so clearly the idetect feature is either turned off or faulty and the tray harness is wired incorrectly

I've been calling them for 3 days to get our coffee machine fixed, spoke with them yesterday and they told me someone would be here first thing in the morning, as they had made a mistake and sent the engineer to the wrong address/company. Called them this morning for them to tell me the guy is off sick and there might not be anyone available till Tuesday to come and see to the problem. Why would she make the commitment of telling me the guy will definitely be here by 9am in the morning if the next day she is going to use the words it's out of my hands we left the office at 5 be sent an email at

Really quite appalling.
LTT's machine was faulty so I ended up with a quarter cup of smelly hot milk. I phoned to report the fault which cost me a further 50p. Why should that cost me when I have already lost £1? And then to add insult to injury LTT's operator returned MY money to SOMEONE ELSE and LTT didn't communicate back to me until I contacted them again a month later myself. Their apology was too little too late and not backed up by any reasonable action to resolve the problems. All the errors were theirs and they're expecting me to pay for it. It's a joke.
