We accidentally found this nice little cafe as we took a wrong turning in the high street.
On reading the menu it said that the bread was made by the owner!
We both agree that the best part of our soup and bread was the bread.
The accompanying drinks of tea were awful and the soup was tasteless. The only saving grace was the bread which tasted lovely. It was light and fluffy. If we were to return I would try a sandwich made with the homemade bread.

Lovely staff. I haven't been for a while, the place looks great since refurbishment. Menu looks good, I shared a sandwich with my daughter which I have to say for its price was disappointing. Bread didn't seem fresh, not crusty at all & certainly wasn't as nice as my visits pre the changes. I'm sure hot food is lovely

We stopped off in St Austell for food before heading further south. Found Smorgers and it was amazing. Honestly the nicest food we've had in a long time. I had the chicken schnitzel and my partner had ham, eggs and chips.
The salad that came with the chicken schnitzel was incredible. Never had a salad that had had so much thought put into it. Very yummy and very colourful. The value for money was fantastic too.
Thank you very much!
