I have been suffering with heel pain for quite a few weeks and when you are on your feet all day, nearly every day, this is not fun. A visit to soft soles, some tape and a lesson in how to tie my shoe laces properly (who knew!) and I am feeling the benefit already. Looking forward to getting my orthotics next week. At the end of February, I suffered an injury that left my left foot painful. After many visits to the GP and hospital, my GP said he thought I had Morton's Neuroma.
