Decide in advance the type of vehicle or item you wish to buy and how much you are prepared to pay. Make a few visits to the auction before you buy, then you can see how the auction operates. Before bidding, bear in mind that on the fall of the hammer the item is either SOLD outright or as a provisional / subject sale.
Be honest with your description. You may be liable to prosecution under the Trading Standard Laws if you provide a misleading description, you will also be charged commission if the sale is cancelled, or item withdrawn for blatant misrepresentation. Ensure you bring along all relevant documentation i.e.
All items advertised for this sale are subject to them arriving at the sale. This is entirely in the hands of "Seller" and the company cannot be held responsible for advertising an item the seller has failed to bring to the auction. All lots are sold subject to VAT unless otherwise stated. Please call the office and speak to one of our qualified friendly staff if you have any queries.
Buyers Premium is payable on all lots. This is a safeguard for the buyer, to enable us to check the vehicle against the finance and stolen register and, for vehicles over 1500, to be checked against the V.C.A.R register. Vehicles sold under 1500 will not be checked on the V.C.A.R register.

All vehicles are SOLD AS SEEN, so you must be completely satisfied with what you are bidding for as the company cannot accept any complaints once the hammer has fallen.

There is one unmistakably large female individual in the office who quite simply is the most obnoxious person I have had the misfortune to meet in an auction house....She I am sure knows who she is.... The poorest ambassador for sales anyone could have. As they say think before you speak....well not with this one...drive customers away is her thought process.
Very very poor stay away....

Very very bad auction we spent nearly 1500 and not one item worked or was in fit state to be repaired. A real graveyard for tools and Van's something feels not right as we tried a few times and again nothing worked you would imagine at least one item would be good I smell a rat here!! We noticed things being sold aswel which were repeatedly re listed

Very poor auction and the lady on reception is needs re-training. Manners go a long way and that is the fundamentals of customer service which she lacked. To every enquiry I politely asked, the lady would reply back with such a sarcastic comment, as if to make it out the customer is so stupid. NEVER buying from here again. POOR POOR SERVICE

Recently purchased on a online auction a few items. The item were not described as not working or with missing parts . Which was the case in the end. Very disappointed, they should have specified the state of the items in the description but they didn't bother doing that. I would never purchase anything from this auction house again.

Excellent place to find a bargain! the vehicles are all unlocked so anyone can have a good inspection, the staff are also very helpful, I wanted to hear the engine run on one car and the staff member went and got a starter pack & he was on his lunch break at the time. There is a good cafe too and free parking.
It is open to the public, no under 14 years of age for health and safety reasons.
The Regular car auctions is every Monday 7:15pm.
I purchased a vehicle from here and it was exactly as described.
