Established in 2011 as a natural extension of the Rawfield Group, Eco Modular Buildings was the vision of the founder Simon Rawson to develop a leading modular building business. Rawfield UK had many years experience within the modular building and construction industries with the core activity of successfully installing modular buildings.
At Eco Modular Buildings Ltd we have gained extensive experience working within the construction industry for some of the country's leading commercial construction organisations as well as directly with local authorities and other commercial and private clients.
We are therefore extremely familiar with the use of most standard forms of contract/sub-contract (JCT, NEC etc.) as well as bespoke forms and have the in-house expertise to ensure that all of our contractual and commercial obligations are effectively managed and fully complied with.We have the ability to provide Collateral Warranties in favour of our clients and also for their funders and principal purchasers or tenants where required.

All units assembled follow a stringent 3 step quality control process with all work being carried out in accordance with our library of standard work instructions and quality standard documents. We drive a culture that all employees are responsible for quality and avoid passing poor quality on to the next step of the process.
