I paid £420 for a rise and recliner as I am a disabled lady and really need this chair. It’s the whittlebury one. I received I part in a box. Have phoned and emailed and still not received my chair. They tell me the lady dealing with it will call me but never have. I was also told by one lady that an investigation has to be raised with DPD as they say both parts were delivered to me. She said it could take 24 hrs but that was a week ago tomorrow. So so gutted. Carol.

Avoid this company in every way I bought two reclining chairs one has arrived and the other one has not I have spoken to the aftercare team a number of times which are extremely rude spoke to a lady called Hannah who has put the phone down on me and number of times when I ask where my item is I have asked to speak to a member of management a number of times and get refused I cannot believe how my disabled parents have been treated disgusting still waiting to hear where my item is when my disabled mum is sat on a deck chair.. avoid

Ordered a recliner chair and have had nothing but vagueness about delivery date - work nights for NHS and need at least a day for delivery as will have to stay awake to receive delivery - email says arriving today but “ Lorna “ who answered phone says it’s not and there is no delivery date arranged - ordered 2 weeks ago and have received no calls / emails - feeling very uneasy about order and if I will actually receive my order - wouldn’t recommend this company unfortunately

Wish i had never heard off them bought a scooter suppose to go 35 miles ive been lucky to get to the shops on it, its come to the stage im feared to use it i sent the charger bact to them nearly 2 week s ago still aint got it back took 5 weeks to deliver the scooter after sales service non exsistant BUYER BEWARE AS A PENSIONER WHO CANNOT WALK LIVES ALONE PAID 1500 FOR CARBAGE IT IS DIABOLICLE TO SAY THE LEAST, HE WHO BUYS HERE, LEAVE ALL HOPE AND CHARITY BEHIND THEE!!!!!!!
