Had problems with a Northwich DIY shop, tried twice and they even suggested I was opening the door wrongly? Tried these guys for the first time, copy opens the door better than the original. No fuss and a good job, particularly good to see them de-bearing the key to remove all those sharp bits from cutting, other places just give it a quick once over on a metal wheel but they were there doing a proper job and the results show the difference. Best £5 I have spent in a long time!

Had a problem locking our front door. The fault was diagnosed, new part ordered & fitted the next morning. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Would strongly recommend them for any lock problem at home, office, car etc. Great service.

Terrible service, appalling owners’ attitude!
Came into to branch to buy a padlock and was sold on a NEW brand that was stated by the assistant to take over, who also confirmed spare keys were no problem. I ordered the lock with 4 extra keys. 20 minutes of standing around, I was eventually told by the owner they had no spare blanks for these locks! I explained it was not ideal to keep customers waiting so long and recommending a lock they are unable to provide spare keys for! The owner abruptly lost his temper and told me to leave the shop and go somewhere else to buy a lock, rudely walking
