Jeans Electrical offer retail sales, servicing, repairs and electrical contracting work, including aerial and satellite installations. We are Elecsa 'Part P' registered.

To compliment our sales side we can offer a full fitting service for TV's including aerial work, upgrades and new installations including digital. We install cookers, washing machines and dishwashers to existing services along with removal of old appliances.

Purchased my tumble dryer as I like to shop locally but when the water collection container fell out I approached jeans for a replacement and was told to contact Hoover myself, when I pointed out that I had purchased from them I was told if I turned up at the shop on the Tuesday after Christmas they would try to contact Hoover but I would have to hang about for one to two hours as they needed my card, I contacted e.spares who were very helpful and dispatched one to me promptly, my dryer is now working correctly but no thanks to Jeans

So my old Belling cooker decided to fail on a Friday night, spoke to Michael at about 12.20pm on Saturday, discussed my requirements, agreed on a cooker, I paid him and he kindly left it outside their stores (with sack trucks so I could wheel it down the street to my van). By 3.30pm I had it back home and installed shortly afterwards, works as intended and definitely meets my requirements. I sent Michael a text message to thank him for the prompt help and received a reply a short time later, even though it was after 8pm on a Saturday evening. I highly recommend using Jean's Electricals in Mere

Our oven failed on a Friday night, so we went to Jean's Saturday afternoon a choose a new one expecting it to be delivered and fitted by the end of the following week. But to our delight they said they would deliver and fit that evening once the shop had closed. We had a brand new working oven by 6.30pm Saturday evening. We always try Jeans first as we like to support local companys, they always try a match Internet prices and deliver same day if in stock. Once again great service from Jeans. Thank-you.

Thanks to Michael and Dan for their super service. Same day order and delivery (7.30 pm in the evening arranged to suit). Very friendly even when faced with the need to manhandle a 69 KG Washing Machine up 5 flights of stairs and do the reverse with the old one being taken away. Highly recommended to all.

Amazing customer service! I phoned at 5pm on a Saturday as my washing machine had just broken (knowing they close at 5:30). I asked how quickly they could deliver me a new washing machine as I needed one desperately. I was blown away when they said they would deliver the same day! They were with me within the hour, plumbed it all in and took my old one away. Thank you so much Jeans.
