During the 90s Marlin organically grew taking on a minimum of two apprentices per year, some of which remain within the company who have become an essential part of the team as either managers or site supervisors. Marlin directly employs more than 30 staff and has a range of approved subcontractors again some of which relationships are over 18 years.

Services
We provide a full range of services from design to installation and maintenance of Mechanical services including Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning systems, and generated power systems. Power, intelligent lighting, security, fire alarm, access control, containment, data and telephony services.
We achieved NICEIC approval in 1997 and ECA approval in 2000 which created new routes to market. We then opened our first office in Guildford Surrey and formed the design team and the electrical engineering team. Since then Marlin has continued to grow its commercial Electrical division running parallel to the Home Automation division and is now one of Surreys leading Electrical & Mechanical Contractors.
Having completed more than 18 care homes, Marlin are pleased to be selected a further two new care homes in Kent and Hampshire. For our most valuable client Sunninghill construction, Marlin were employed to deliver an all new installation with state of the art lighting control, power distribution along with fire, access control CCTV & electric car chargers.
