"I would just like to say how efficient DBS Couriers was in collecting a package for me about 80 miles away and delivering it to my home address. The customer service was excellent from first call to finish, the whole process was clearly well project managed, and the first class logistical planning was brilliant in that I was kept informed at every stage in the process, which is so important when expectations are high from customers these days. Fantastic service, used DBS a couple of times this week at short notice with packages that were urgent. Booking a collection was easy and the driver was friendly and punctual. I found DBS to be very competitive on price for the parcels I needed to send. I would highly recommend DBS, I know i will be using next time i need to send anything.
