The Causeway Coastal Route is studded with sandy beaches, fishing villages, gorse-covered valleys and fuchsia-edged clifftop paths. The most fabulous apartment, all mod cons underfloor heating master bedroom en suite striking views across the strand, seriously comfortable. Special mention for the staff especially Deirdre, so pleasant and… accommodating couldn’t do enough for us made our special weekend really special, from arranging flowers to arranging tea/coffee etc on arrival. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard.

Concierge informed us this morning that all guests must be vaccinated to stay in the apartments. Absolutely ridiculous. Shameful and unnecessary. People who have had covid have antibodies and those vaccinated can still spread the virus. You’ve just lost a thousand pounds worth of business. Bookings cancelled

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Curran Gate. On just about every level it went beyond our expectations. Deirdre couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and to take care of every little detail. The property was fitted out to an exceptionally high standard and there were lots of little touches that made it feel like you were somewhere special as opposed to an anonymous, corporate self-catering place. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this place as a base for exploring the Causeway Coast and suggest an evening walk along Portrush beach as a way to finish off a holiday in this part of the

Every single thing about our stay here was perfect, the accommodation was modern and immaculately presented. The height of luxury! The surrounding scenery was stunning. The location was perfect, right beside the beach. Deirdre could not do enough for us. So kind and welcoming. Could not have asked for anything more. Will definitely be staying there again. It surpassed everything that I expected. You will LOVE it!!!!

If you like style, comfort, and AMAZING views, Curran Gate Apartments are 100% for you! Along with the attentive and lovely staff, every one of your needs will be catered for! The apartment we were in, was very spacious and luxurious throughout! (we were made feel like royalty for a day!) Park your car safe and secure on the premises, and enjoy the local area within less than a 5 min walk to the main streets. A BIG Thanks to Deidre & her staff for an all round enjoyable and relaxing experience! 5* is right! I will be back! :)

PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE! HOSTILE TREATMENT UPON ARRIVAL.
The discriminatory behaviour we were greeted with was a disgrace. Social distancing measures were not adhered to by Deirdre. Once we were there… after agreeing on a £300 damage deposit we were told we had to now pay £300 per person for any damage caused! Deirdre actually went as far as swearing at us before we even entered the apartment and I was told to park my car in behind a parking space where I would not be able to move my car if I needed to go anywhere as I would’ve been blocked in by another car. Please

I have to say what an absolute treat, first class service & Deidre went over and above to make sure our stay wonderful. The kids loved the luxurious accommodation & all the special treats!! My husband organised this break for my 40th birthday & Deidre made sure it very special. Would highly recommend this accommodation for both a romantic or family break. We stayed here a few times first as a family and then as a group celebrating my fathers 60th. By far the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed at. Deidre was an excellent host and catered to our every need. Nothing was too much! Highly recommend, will not disappoint! Walking distance to the town too.

Everything is beautiful and well planned. The lazy S shape of the building makes the interior rooms interesting.
Even with tile everywhere, the acoustics of the room are relaxing.
The views are great. You can see the Golf course, the beach, downtown.
The gated parking lot is great, especially when events are happening and parking is sparse.
I stayed in one of the penthouses.
My friends stayed in one of the first floor 2-story units. I would have a hard time chosing which was my favorite.
The 2-story units have bedrooms on the bottom floor with entertaining

We visited Curran Gate to celebrate my husband's birthday. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Our apartment was superb, and the beach, which is on the doorstep of the apartment, was beautiful - as is much of the Co. Antrim coast. It is well worth giving yourself a treat by renting an apartment and visiting the area.
