Situated on one of the best beaches on the Kintyre Peninsular, this spacious caravan park boasts superb panoramic views over the sea and surrounding countryside that are sure to take your breath away. Families have been camping at Carradale for their summer holidays for generations. Since the early days of the steamers coming down the Clyde from Glasgow and landing at Carradale Harbour, filling guest houses and bothies with summer visitors.
We have come a long way from having the Boys Brigade camping on the Carradale Estate by the beach to what we offer now. With a beautifully sculptured family run small holiday park offering a mix of touring pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents. We also offer self catering accommodation in our log cabins and static caravans.

Stayed 3 nights in Campervan. Impressed with layout of site offering separated pitches between gorse and rhodedendron bushes. Buildings look a bit old on outside but interiors very modern and refurbished to high standard and spotless. Lovely place to relax and walk on beach. Only thing lacking really was perhaps some sort of shop for basic essentials.

Excellent site, wonderful beach , great local walks, fishing is excellent. The local bars are within walking distance and welcoming. The site owner, Colin, is such a knowledgeable and helpful host. Unfortunately we lost one our pet dogs whilst staying and he allowed me to bury our boy in the grounds, a lovely gesture, which will tie us to the area for many years, highly recommended

We had front line pitch, 50 metres from the beach. All services ok despite some covid restrictions. Super place for dogs. Many walks from campsite, beach or forest. The bay is shallow and calm, great for kids and people on boards. This is not a surfers beach as the waves are ripples.

Fantastic site that feels smaller than it is as a result of the hedging that breaks up the site. Great facilities, although grey waste point for Moho's is oddly positioned & awkward to use. Lovely beach, great walks from the site, shop & post office about 20 min walk and Dotties Cafe just across the road from the entrance to the site. Two restaurants in walking distance as well. Will definitely return here.

What a perfect place to spend a holiday. Right on the amazing beach in a quiet bay with views that never cease to amaze. Saw an otter in the bay this morning.
The site is well maintained and the facilities are clean. Plenty of space and many walks surround the site.
Well worth the effort to get here - we will return.

This is a sad comment I’m afraid. Why did we have to leave this beautiful place, lovely people and Colin works his socks off to make your stay so special The accommodation lodge cabins are excellent so cosy and plenty of room. Can’t recommend this lovely caravan park enough. Kintyre where have you been hiding all this time.
