I had such a great experience in Cakes and Kitchen today. After being disappointed about a cake topper I had ordered for my niece from another company, I walked into this shop and met a kind gentleman( unfortunately I forgot to get his name) who agreed to make a decorative writing free of charge! What a kind gesture, there's still decent, generous people after all:)

Very happy with the 2 last minute cakes I ordered for my Twins birthday. I sent them 2 pictures of what I wanted the cakes to look like and the results were better than what I asked for. Very helpful, polite and friendly. Great communication. I have recommended this company to my family and friends. Definitely ordering all cakes from them as long as they are open. X

The cake, was lovely but it is the experience I wish to share. I am in Canada and wished to send my lovely niece a cake sight unseen and with no clue who to trust. I took on to Cinnamon and Kitchen Bakery and they took took on me. Within a few days I was able to iron out the details and have the cake delivered on time and on my nieces' birthday. THEY WERE AMAZING! Accommodating me even with a 5 hour difference between us. I think one email came in at 2:00 a.m. their time! I am truly impressed as they went beyond my expectations. They will definitely hear from me again and I highly recommend them

Nice dairy free cake for my daughters 5th birthday. However, wasn’t like the picture I ordered from the website and the icing layer was bigger than the sponge cake layer. ALOT of icing and not much cake. Nobody wants to eat that much icing... disappointed about that

Would highly recommend these cakes. We had a joint birthday so ordered an 18" x 14" cake. It went down well, everyone enjoyed it and said how light the sponge was and especially delighted with the fresh cream. 2nd time we've used the shop and would go again.
