AV User Group
We are a non-profit organisation whose activities and events are financed by supplier sponsorship who then get to present to and network with our members. All funds are used to deliver User Group Events and evening networking sessions.

The current membership includes technology managers from the financial services community, government and the public sector, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, telecoms, professional services (including legal services, accounting and management consultancy), higher education, retail, business services and manufacturing.
Services
We promote the effective use of AV communication technology within user organisations, and help managers maintain the skills and knowledge they need to implement AV projects and manage service provision. The group provides a hub for AV/technology managers and their support teams through the provision of multiple interfacing platforms between the end user community and their suppliers.
The group meets up to four times a year in each of it's operating locations for a series of presentations that include formal presentations from manufacturers, case studies, the unveiling of relevant research findings and discussions on topical subjects or challenges that members face.

The manufacturer and supplier sessions are steered towards new technology and many existing sponsors have benefited from bringing products to the group at very early development stages and have used the groups initial feedback to mould their product to better suit the end user markets requirements. All meeting agendas are planned by the group and the formal meetings may only be attended by user members.
Network opportunities with attending end users during lunch and coffee breaks on the day you present. Feedback on products during developmental stages if you chose to present these to the group. Additional presentation opportunities as a 'speed pitch' at keynote events such as Infocomm and Integrated Systems Europe when the group arranges a hosted attendance.
