Angela came to see my parents at their care home, forget her registration documents and was unable to write any information down, preferring to relay information to my mother with dementia. She expected my mother to write a cheque and then called me on a Sunday demanding payment, saying she didn’t issue invoices and didn’t want to give her bank details out. The most unprofessional and chaotic experience by an allied health professional that I have ever encountered as a clinical myself. Left picking up the pieces of how to help my parents with no written information.
