Booked an appointment for microsuction ear wax removal but when Chris looked in them, he said this wasn't causing the symptoms I was experiencing. He then took a considerable amount of time to explain what was causing my problems and allay my fears regarding hearing loss and dementia. Absolutely, top rate service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone experiencing hearing problems

There are many positive reviews of 2020 Hearing in Leeds and I don’t wish to detract from anyone else’s experience. My experience however, was far from a positive one.
Having developed loss of hearing and pain in my right ear, I saw a doctor who ruled out an ear infection and advised that my ear was blocked with a build up of wax. After using drops there was no let up so I decided to look for a specialist to help me. I came across 2020 Hearing, phoned and got my first appointment the same week on 23rd July. Olivia the receptionist was friendly and booked me in.

I have been experiencing problems with a build up of ear wax for years now. Decided to try this private practice, I found Chris to be very friendly and professional. He managed to sort my ears out in no time. I will be periodically returning to Chris to keep under control.

Excellent service, would give 6/5 if I could.
Chris explained to me exactly what the issue was with the ear wax in my ear and explained in detail how he would approach the situation and what to expect.
It helped massively in reducing anxiety and made me feel very comfortable with his level of knowledge and letting him get to work on a very sensitive area of my body.
Would deffinitely recommend.
