Cut-stringer curved stair and straight flight cut-stringer staircase in American white oak with brushed nickel spindles and finished with an osmo oil. T-Shape cut-stringer oak stair with feature curtail platform, curtail step, square newels and chamfered spindles. American white oak 3 part dogleg flight stair with square feature curtail platform, square curtail step, square newels, glass balustrade and finished with a sprayed clear satin lacquer.
When designing your staircase, we can create a detailed 3D virtual model to ensure your new staircase is exactly as you imagined. The Cleland Stair is a solid Oak Curved staircase featuring volutes at the bottom of each handrail and alternating metal and timber spindles. The Lindsay Stair is a free-standing, Curved Oak staircase featuring turned newel posts, two double Curtail steps and a curved Gallery.
When designing your staircase, we can create a detailed 3D virtual model to ensure your new staircase is exactly as you imagined. This top and bottom winder style staircase has glass panel balustrading, with clamps to secure the glass. With an open rise, this staircase is strikingly modern. With steel riser rods rise, glass balustrading and a Mid-Winder, this staircase is sure to impress.
We are delighted with our new staircase which was supplied and installed by Stockwell. We had excellent advice from Stephen in the showroom. He guided us with design suggestion which were appropriate for our house. A subsequent home visit from Stephen, who brought spindle samples, reinforced that we had chosen well.

Stairs being fitted this week, they forgot to send all the required parts. Quality is extremely poor. See picture of what we expected and what we got. Complained to them and got aggression and apathy, steer clear of them. Now going through the small claims court. Picture on left is the different colours and grains we have received for the job. Picture on the right is what we were promised. After this review we received a phone call and a visit from them, they arranged for a French Polisher to come and try to match the colours of the different woods, still not great but at least they attempted to

We were having a new architect designed extension to our home and our architect recommended we use Stockwell’s for the two sets of stairs the design required. When the build reached the time for the stair installation everything arrived on site on time. We are absolutely delighted with the workmanship and finish and the quality of the product. It has enhanced our home tremendously and we, like our architect would thoroughly recommend using Stockwell if you are looking for bespoke quality workmanship.
