ServiceBase have all the resources required to undertake any refurbishment or building project. You may have purchased a property that need a complete strip out and renovation or you may need a wall taking down and a new doorway creating. ServiceBase have experience of Grade 2 listed Buildings Lime plaster, traditional roofing methods.
We take care of the joinery, plastering, brickwork, plumbing, electrical work and decorating. Alterations, refurbishment or renovation may include removing walls to create extra space or new doorways. It may be completely removing all the plaster and joinery items such as doors, skirting's, the plumbing/heating system and floors and then completely re-instating everything.
We can design your new bathroom and supply suites from any manufacturer. We have access to a wide range of bathroom fittings and quite often can provide a suite or item at a fraction of the price you would pay if you bought it direct. The range of kitchens we supply in North Wales and Chester is vast and there is sure to be a style to please your eye and your budget.
